Mrs. Mimi ADE-ODIACHI

Mimi Ade-Odiachi is currently the Managing Director/ CEO of Omar Gardens Floral Company, a company which she Co-founded in 1990.

Prior to this, she graduated from the University of Lagos Faculty Of Business Admin with a Bsc. (Hons) in Insurance. She received her Professional certificate – ACII- one year after, whilst working at the Royal Exchange Nigeria Plc. as an underwriter. She left after five years to pursue other goals.

Mimi Ade-Odiachi is also an alumnus of the Lagos Business School Owner Manager program.

She has grown Omar Gardens from a simple floral Company to a major player in the landscaping business that has undertaken many projects that dot the landscape in Nigeria.

She is on the board of Directors of Custodian and Allied Insurance Company, Custodian Life Assurance Company and is the Chairperson of the Custodian Social Responsibility Foundation. She is also on the board of Tenderloin Enterprises Limited the holding Company of Whispering palms resorts.

She is a pioneer member of the Enterprise Development Services (EDS) a centre within the Pan African University; and also, a member of WIMBIZ.

She is very passionate about education and was actively involved in Parent Teacher Associations of schools her children attended. She was an executive member of Loyola Jesuit College PTA holding the offices of Welfare secretary, Vice chairperson and chairperson over a period of 8 years.

She is very passionate about children reaching their potential and currently lives out this passion by teaching Sunday school at her church, as well as mentoring young persons.

Mimi Ade-Odiachi is married with three children.
